This recruitment platform is used exclusively for recruitment and selection processes, for the various companies and establishments belonging to LANDBELL, directly or indirectly.

3. Purpose and legitimacy of the collection of personal data

The sole and exclusive purpose of the personal data processed is the recruitment and selection of candidates.

When submitting an application, you automatically authorise LANDBELL to use and process the Personal Data you provide.

4. Responsible for the processing of personal data

Your data will be processed by LANDBELL's technical team. The data provided here will be accessible to other employees of LANDBELL, responsible for recruitment according to the opportunities and ongoing offers, but always in strict compliance with the principle of the need to access the data to fulfill the purposes of recruitment.

5. How is your personal data protected?

LANDBELL has implemented all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk. This is why our Personal Data is protected whenever necessary and, depending on the importance of the information, by appropriate security systems, such as pseudonymization, encryption, password protection, restricted and registered access, strict security policies or any useful means to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of your data.

More generally, we strictly apply the need to know principle. We have entered into strict confidentiality agreements as well as strict contracts with our subcontractors including all the necessary clauses for the protection of your data.

6. Data transfer

The applicant has three options regarding the visibility and availability of his/her candidate profile:

i) I want my application to be considered for all LANDBELL opportunities in any country.
ii) I want my application to be considered for all LANDBELL opportunities in the selected country only.
iii) I want my application to be considered only for the selected opportunities.

It is expressly clarified that, if the candidate chooses the option referred to in (iii), his/her data will be exclusively provided to those responsible for recruiting the opportunities for which the applications were submitted.

More it is clarified that, if the candidate chooses the option referred to in (ii), the candidate expressly authorizes that the data provided by him/her be provided to all LANDBELL companies responsible for opportunities advertised on the platform, but only for the selected country.

Clarified it is also that if the option selected by the candidate is option (i), the candidate authorizes that his/her data be provided to all LANDBELL companies and establishments responsible for opportunities advertised on the platform, regardless of the country to which those opportunities refer.

LANDBELL undertakes to ensure that, in the event of transfers of personal data to countries outside the European Union, the applicable legal provisions are observed, in particular with regard to determining the suitability of such country with regard to data protection and the requirements applicable to such transfers.

7. Rights of the candidate

The candidate may at any time and free of charge, exercise their rights of access, rectification or deletion of data, opposition, limitation and portability of their data, through the email address LANDBELL@email.com or through registered letter to LANDBELL, EDGE LANDBELL that acts in the quality responsibility of data processing.

8. Obligations of the candidate

The candidate shall use the platform in a serious and responsible manner, and shall be fully responsible for the correction and updating of the information provided, which shall be true.

9. Type of data collected

LANDBELL only requests, within this scope, the provision of relevant data for recruitment and selection purposes, to the exclusion of any other type of data, such as those concerning, for example, the candidate's health, philosophical or political convictions, party or trade union membership, religious faith, private life and racial or ethnic origin.

10. Retention period

The data received will be stored by LANDBELL, which will only use it for the purpose for which it was received.
